Our trips begin and end with a spectacular seaplane flight over the wilderness paradise of Moresby Island.

You’ll fly into the north (or south) end of the Gwaii Haanas National Park and spend a full six days travelling in one direction only. On the morning of the seventh day you’ll have another great “flight seeing” experience as you fly back to Queen Charlotte City.

he Queen Charlotte Islands are situated off the coast of BC in the Canadian northwest Pacific. This archipelago consisting of over 150 islands, stretches for 300 km in a rough triangular shape ranging from 100 km wide across the top and tapering to a point at Cape St. James at the south end.
The two largest Islands are Graham Island to the north - where most of the population of the Islands reside - and Moresby Island at the south end which is comprised of the now famous Gwaii Haanas NationalPark/Reserve.

Also known by the Haida name Haida Gwaii which means …..place of wonder.The islands had a strong influence on the development of the Haida culture, and the Haida have in turn, left their mark on the islands. Inhabited by few people and inaccessible other than by boat or plane, Gwaii Haanas National Park/Reserve is a haven for sea kayakers and sailboats.
The overall sense of power found in the unoccupied villages of this coast is unforgettable.
